The Colorado Bar Association (CBA) has scheduled a CLE seminar titled ADR in the Workplace: A View From Inside Corporate America.
The program will take place on Thursday, October 25 from 9 a.m. to 12:55 p.m. at the CLECI Large Classroom, 1900 Grant Street, Denver.
In this program, participants will learn how to implement an ADR program that will help control costs and risks associated with employment related disputes.
Halliburton Assistant General Counsel William L. Bedman is the keynote speaker and will address the success of the ADR that has been used by Halliburton since 1992. The firm has not been party to an employment lawsuit in more than 15 years.
