CLE Seminar To Explore Corporate Governance And White Collar Crime

The Pima County Bar Association has scheduled a seminar to discuss corporate governance and avoiding prosecution of corporate crimes in a CLE seminar planned for Thursday, June 5 at 177 North Church Street in Tucson.

This afternoon program, titled Corporate Governance and White Collar Crime, will run from 1:30 to 4:30 p.m.

Topics under discussion will include civil litigation, the role of in-house counsel, internal investigations, E-discovery, and the danger of waiving attorney-client privileges, among others.

The presenters are Bruce R. Heurlin and Eric J. McNeilus of Karp Heurlin Weiss.
