Cooley has appointed Claire Keast-Butler and James Maton as the new partners in charge of the firm’s London office.
Keast-Butler joined Cooley in 2019 and leads the firm’s capital markets practice in London. She also serves on the firm’s partnership nominating committee. Maton joined Cooley in 2015 as a founding partner of the London office and leads the firm’s UK disputes practice, advising on a broad range of disputes and investigations. He also serves on the firm’s compensation committee.
