L3Harris Technologies has appointed Christoph T. Feddersen as Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary. Feddersen will oversee all legal, ethics, compliance and global trade matters for L3Harris, reporting directly to Christopher E. Kubasik, Chair and CEO. He succeeds Scott T. Mikuen, who is retiring after nearly 28 years with the company and 15 years as its General Counsel.
Feddersen joined L3Harris in early 2024 as Vice President and General Counsel for the Space and Airborne Systems segment. He brings more than 25 years of in-house and law firm experience to the position. Prior to joining L3Harris, Feddersen spent 17 years at UTC/RTX, where he was most recently General Counsel for Collins Aerospace for the last nine years.
“Christoph brings extensive defense industry expertise and a record of leadership that will help continue driving our company forward to support critical national security initiatives,” Kubasik said. “Scott’s leadership was instrumental in the L3 and Harris merger and establishing L3Harris as the industry’s Trusted Disruptor over the past five years. We wish him well in retirement.”
In addition to the legal and corporate secretary functions, Feddersen will also be responsible for the company’s environmental, health & safety and security groups.
