An accomplished attorney, Lindblad has represented clients as lead trial counsel in complex commercial litigation matters for more than 25 years. Business leaders in a range of industries turn to her as a trusted legal adviser.
Lindblad is a skilled problem solver who helps clients efficiently resolve disputes. That includes challenges to contracts, pharmacy benefits/health care matters, financial disputes, insurance coverage issues and trade secrets claims. Businesses facing government investigations, responding to media crises and implementing risk management strategies rely on her for innovative solutions and forward-looking advice.
Lindblad is an adjunct professor at the University of Minnesota Law School where she teaches Alternative Dispute Resolution.
She received her J.D., magna cum laude, from William Mitchell College of Law and her B.A. from the University of Minnesota.
Prior to rejoining Fox, Lindblad was director of litigation at Medica.
