EisnerAmper announced that Chip Niculae has joined the firm as a director in the International Tax Services Group, specializing in international taxation and cross-border transactions.
Chip has more than 13 years of experience in inbound and outbound tax structuring, cross-border transactions, M&A, entity formation, global reorganizations, debt financing and restructuring, and liquidations. He has held positions with a national tax practice and with the NY ITS Core Practice at a Big Four firm.
Chip’s client roster has included U.S. and foreign multinationals and private equity funds in the automotive, technology, retail, manufacturing, satellite, chemical, telecommunication and pharmaceutical sectors.
