Chip Gentry Announced as Quaker’s Chief Legal Officer

Quaker Window Products appointed Charles A. “Chip” Gentry as its chief legal officer. As a Quaker executive team member, Gentry will oversee the company’s legal department and work with general counsel Marty Miller.

Company officials say Gentry has been a key figure in Quaker’s growth and success for more than 25 years, providing expert legal counsel and helping the company navigate complex legal challenges.

With nearly three decades of experience managing and owning top-performing law firms, Gentry is recognized as a national authority defending window and door manufacturers and other businesses within the fenestration industry.

“Chip’s proven ability to navigate complex business challenges and implement effective strategies makes him an invaluable addition to our leadership team,” says CEO Kevin Blansett. “His insights and expertise will play a critical role in protecting our interests and supporting our ambitious growth goals.”

Officials say Gentry is a regarded speaker and contributor to industry publications, sharing insights on key issues affecting the window and door sector. His experience spans litigation, class actions, construction defects, insurance, wage and hour matters, government relations and strategic growth.
