China Immigration Expert Steven Huang Joins Fragomen's Mainland China Practice

Fragomen, the world’s leading provider of immigration services worldwide and a member of both the Am Law 100 and the Am Law Global 100, is pleased to announce the addition of Steven Huang as a Partner in the firm’s Mainland China practice.

Mr. Huang is based in the firm’s Shanghai office, and brings extensive experience providing inbound and outbound Chinese immigration guidance and support to the Mainland China practice, which is headed by Partner Becky Xia. Mr. Huang provides overall leadership and management of client accounts in Mainland China.

Mr. Huang draws on over 14 years of experience in Chinese immigration. He brings a wealth of experience to Fragomen’s China practice and will add to the firm’s immigration-related offerings in the areas of compliance, regional coverage across mainland China, Government Relations and adaptation of technology to the China market.
