The Central Ohio Chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel America is planning a CLE seminar titled Business Bankruptcies - What Corporate Counsel Should Know About the 2005 Bankruptcy Reform Act and the Impact of New Capital Markets.
The program will take place on Wednesday, September 26 from noon to 3:30 p.m. at the offices of Schottenstein Zox & Dunn Company, LPA, 250 West Street, Columbus, OH.
The session will offer an update on Bankruptcy code changes and a discussion of significant case law and other developments that affect business bankruptcies.
Speakers will be Daniel M. Anderson, Tyson A. Christ, M. Colette Gibbons and E. James Hopple, all of Schottenstein Zox.
