Cariloop , the leading comprehensive caregiver support platform, is proud to announce the addition of Carly Duvall Le Riche as the company's first General Counsel and Chief Legal Officer.

In this role, Le Riche will provide the guidance and support necessary to enable accelerated levels of growth, impact and performance for Cariloop. He will also oversee the company's ongoing compliance efforts, support intellectual property, employee relations and recruiting efforts, and manage investor relations alongside the executive team.
Prior to joining Cariloop, Le Riche served as Deputy General Counsel at TreviPay and General Counsel at Spencer Fané . He has worked with a wide range of startups and emerging growth companies on a range of regulatory and licensing compliance issues, contract interpretation, employment issues and growth strategies. Le Riche has also held positions at Dentons US LLP , Lathrop GPM , and clerked for Chief Judge Nanette K. Laughrey in the United States District Court for the Western District of Missouri.

He received his Juris Doctor from the University of Missouri, as well as his Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from the University of Nebraska. Outside of the office, Le Riche serves as a member of the board of directors of Kansas Apple Seed , a statewide advocacy organization dedicated to building a more prosperous, inclusive and just Kansas, as well as the vice president of the Service Network of the Association of Corporate Lawyers . She lives in Kansas City with her husband and her three children.
