Carl D. Neff joins FisherBroyles as partner

FisherBroyles, LLP announces Carl D. Neff has joined the Firm. Carl was previously a partner in the Wilmington, Delaware office of Fox Rothschild LLP. He is the latest partner with Am Law 100 experience to join FisherBroyles.

Carl is a seasoned Delaware and New York litigator who routinely practices before the state and federal courts of those jurisdictions. Carl’s practice is focused on corporate and commercial litigation, including breach of fiduciary duty claims, derivative lawsuits, books and records demands and other corporate governance disputes. Carl has also represented various parties in bankruptcy proceedings across the country. Carl's bankruptcy experience includes the representation of utility providers, commercial landlords, creditors, debtors, and litigation trusts.

Carl received his J.D. from the College of William & Mary, Marshall-Wythe School of Law and his undergraduate degree from Georgetown University. Before practicing law, Carl clerked for the Delaware Supreme Court
