Business Litigation Section Hosts November Meeting

The Business Litigation Section of the Orange County Bar Association has scheduled a meeting for Friday, November 7, from noon to 1:30 p.m. at the OCMA/Turnip Rose, 300 South Flower St., Orange, CA.

The topic under discussion is Alter Ego Liability - Practical Considerations. It offers participants a practical consideration for preparation of a case involving alter ego liability and single enterprise liability; a neutral format and the issues facing both plaintiffs and defendants; and case law statutes and application of these principles from actual cases.

The scheduled speakers are the Hon. Stephen E. Haberfeld, retired, the Hon. John C. Woolley (retired), and Jaime C. Holmes, SingerLewak LLP.
