Pro Bono Partnership has announced that Burt Fealing has been elected to its board of directors. Mr. Fealing is senior vice president and general counsel for ITT. He previously served as vice president and corporate secretary for the company. Prior to joining ITT in 2010, he worked for SUPERVALU INC and Verizon Communications Inc.

ITT has been a part of the Partnership’s board structure for many years, and it is terrific to have Burt carry on that tradition,” said Mark Nordstrom, the Partnership’s board chairman and senior counsel-Labor & Employment Law, General Electric Company.
Pro Bono Partnership provides free business and transactional legal services to nonprofit organizations serving the disadvantaged or enhancing the quality of life in neighborhoods in New York, New Jersey and Connecticut. Substantially leveraging the impact of its in-house legal staff, the Partnership annually recruits and mobilizes hundreds of attorneys from major corporations and law firms to donate their time and expertise on behalf of its nonprofit clients, enhancing their ability to improve conditions in their communities.
