Blank Rome Welcomes New Litigation Associate in New York

is pleased to announce that Molly E. Henneberry has joined the firm’s New York office as an associate in the General Litigation practice group, which also recently welcomed associates Benjamin M. Wigley and Rachael Gray Weatherly in Los Angeles and Alexander J. Bell in Pittsburgh. Molly joins Blank Rome from Akerman LLP.

Molly concentrates her practice on a broad range of complex commercial disputes in state and federal courts nationwide. She represents clients in a variety of industries, including technology, hospitality, entertainment, retail, education, and financial services in all aspects of litigation, alternative dispute resolution, and pre-litigation matters.

“We’re thrilled to welcome Molly to our growing general litigation practice,” said Michael Iannucci, partner and co-chair of the General Litigation group. “Her experience handling complex commercial disputes across an assortment of industries will further strengthen our national team, and we are excited to continue to expand the group’s capabilities.”

Admitted to practice in New York, Molly received her J.D., magna cum laude, Order of the Coif, from New York University School of Law, and her B.A., cum laude, from the University of California at Berkeley. During law school, Molly served as a summer associate at two international law firms, a notes editor of the New York University School of Law’s Journal of International Law and Politics, and a fellow of New York University School of Law’s Program on Corporate Compliance and Enforcement.
