BigHand announces that it has appointed Claudia Belardo to the newly created role of CCO.
Claudia, who will be also taking a seat on BigHand’s Operational board, will be responsible for driving BigHand’s customer-centric strategy, a key part of the company’s growth plans.
Claudia has an impressive CV which demonstrates over two decades of SaaS experience in B2B, building functions that delivered exceptional customer support and success. Most recently, Claudia was Vice President of Customer Experience Transformation at IFS where their customer experience transformation strategy included embedding the ‘voice of the customer program’ as an integral part of measuring the success of their pivot to customer approach.
Prior to joining IFS Claudia applied her passion for turning customer insights to tangible business actions as SAP Concur’s Director Customer Experience Transformation and as Head of Global Customer Success for Alfresco. Additionally, she is currently a nominated finalist in the 2021 ‘Women in Tech’ awards in the ‘Transformational’ Category (winners have not yet been announced).

This is the latest hire for BigHand who have been on a big recruitment drive over the past six months, increasing their headcount to support their growth plans.
