Bernard Taylor, Sr., Esq., joins JAMS in Atlanta

JAMS announces the addition of Bernard Taylor, Sr., Esq., to its panel. Mr. Taylor joins JAMS following a legal career spanning almost 40 years. He has a proven track record in resolving complex litigation involving millions of dollars in claims across the U.S.

Based in the Atlanta Resolution Center, Mr. Taylor will serve as an arbitrator and mediator, handling product liability, civil rights, mass torts, health care, life sciences and business and commercial disputes.

Mr. Taylor joins JAMS from Alston & Bird, where he was chair of the firm’s Management Committee and the Products Liability Group. He is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers and was a former Detroit police investigator who handled federal and state criminal investigations. He has participated in the resolution of civil rights disputes related to claims of racial discrimination alleged against various corporate clients and has served as lead counsel to a professional sports team. In addition, Mr. Taylor is currently the chair of the southeast regional board of the Anti-Defamation League.

Mr. Taylor received his B.A. from Wayne State University and his J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School.
