The Pennsylvania Bar Institute (PBI) has scheduled a CLE seminar titled Fundamentals of PA Business Corporation Practice.
The program will take place on Thursday, August 23 at the CLE Conference Center, Wanamaker Building, Philadelphia; on Wednesday, September 5 at the Marriott City Center, 112 Washington Place, Pittsburgh, and on Tuesday, September 25 at the PBI Conference Center, 5080 Ritter Road, Mechanicsburg, PA.
The speakers for the program will lead attendees through each aspect of setting up, advising and accommodating the changing corporation.
