Specifically, Dankers handles cases involving contract disputes, government investigations, fraud, trademarks, asset forfeitures, Foreign Corrupt Practices Act violations, products liability, securities class actions, and white collar crime. She earned her J.D. from University of Oklahoma College of Law in 2017 and her B.B.A. from Tarleton State University in 2014.Combining her in-house knowledge and skills from her time with a global retail brand and a legal technology company, Haley Bergman Fiallo helps financial industry clients navigate complex business transactions, financings and negotiations.
