Bar Association Of San Francisco:Exploring California's E-Discovery Law

The Bar Association of San Francisco has scheduled a brown bag lunch to explore California's 2009 e-discovery law.

It will be held on Wednesday, June 23, from noon to 2 p.m. at the BASF Conference Center, 301 Battery Street in San Francisco.

Speakers Paul R. Kiesel of Kiesel Boucher & Larson LLP and Steven N. Williams of Cotchett, Pitre & McCarthy will explore the following e-discovery topics: the California law governing electronic discovery, the scope and frequency of allowable discovery, document preservation obligations, meet and confer obligations, the form in which electronic evidence must be produced, and the inadvertent production of privileged information.

Attendees will be given the LexisNexipamphlet "California's 2009 E-Discovery Laws: Text and Analysis."
