The Baltimore Chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel America is planning a CLE seminar covering issues ranging from mergers and acquisitions to in-house counsel stress.
The upcoming schedule of activities includes:
• Wednesday, September 19, When There's an "I" and a "P" in "M&A": What Buyers and Sellers of Companies With IP Need to Know, from noon to 1:30 p.m. at a site to be announced, with speakers Timothy A. Hodge Jr. and A. Lee Lundy, Tydings & Rosenberg LLP;
• Thursday, September 27, ACC 10th Anniversary Social, from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Rusty Scupper, 402 Key Highway, Baltimore;
• Tuesday, October 9, What's Keeping the GC Awake at Night, from noon to 1:30 p.m. at McCormick & Schmick's, 711 Eastern Avenue, Baltimore, with seminar speakers to be announced.
