The Arizona Bar Association this month is planning a CLE seminar titled Avoiding Ethical Pitfalls.
The program will take place on Tuesday, January 30 from 9 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. at the Sheraton Tucson Hotel & Suites, 5151 East Grant Road, Tucson, AZ.
The seminar will address questions such as: What is the scope of representation, and why is it important? How, when and why do you need to communicate to your clients? What is most likely to get you a bar complaint? What, if any, changes have been made to the rule about confidentiality?How do you know when you have a conflict? What are the most common types of bar complaints?
