The State Bar of Arizona is offering a CLE seminar titled Arizona Insurance Coverage.
The program will take place on Friday, January 25 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Wells Fargo Conference Center, 100 Washington Street, Phoenix, AZ.
Discussion topics will include: analyzing insurance coverage questions and issues; what you need to know about insurance coverage representing public, not-for-profit and private corporations; hot tips for all construction industry attorneys, construction coverage; discussion on insurance bad faith issues with regard to the recent developments in cases at both the state and federal court levels; hot issues on intentional acts and their exclusion from insurance coverage, and tracking the uninsured and underinsured motorist coverage issues.
