Wolters Kluwer Legal & Regulatory announced the appointment of Atul Dubey as Senior Vice President and General Manager of Wolters Kluwer Legal & Regulatory, U.S.
Dubey will take on this new role on April 1.
Dubey joined Wolters Kluwer in 2016 as Chief Strategy Officer helping to lead the development of the company’s successful strategies to drive growth and transformation with a focus on expert solutions. As head of Legal & Regulatory, U.S., Dubey will lead the team in focusing on innovation and growth opportunities for the business.

Dubey, who will succeed Dean Sonderegger, has worked closely with the LRUS Executive Committee to strengthen the business’s portfolio, accelerate innovation, and drive employee engagement. Sonderegger was recently named Senior Vice President & General Manager, Wolters Kluwer Tax & Accounting Canada and Research & Learning U.S.
