Association Of Corporate Counsel Plans 2006 Annual Meeting In San Diego

For in-house counsel, navigating the path of their legal careers and leading their companies in the right direction requires many skills and the right map. This is the focus of this month's 2006 Annual Meeting of the Association of Corporate Counsel being presented under the theme: The Road to Effective Leadership.

The event will take place Sunday through Wednesday, October 22-25 at the Manchester Grand Hyatt, One Market Place, San Diego, CA.

Leading in-house counsel, members of academia, government agency representatives and international experts will direct CLE programs designed to ensure that conference attendees achieve their professional goals. For attorneys who are both new to in-house and seasoned managers, these sessions are designed to provide the tools attendees need to become effective leaders in their departments, companies, specialties and careers.

With more than 100 programs providing practical advice on a wide range of legal specialties, the 2006 Annual Meeting has something for every in-house practitioner. The programs cover topics to assist attendees in:

The conference will open with a welcome reception from 6 to 7:30 p.m. on Sunday. CLE sessions will run from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Monday and Tuesday and from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
