Association of Corporate Counsel Opens Nominations for “Top 10 30-Somethings” Program

The Association of Corporate Counsel (ACC), a global bar association representing more than 35,000 in-house counsel in over 85 countries, is now accepting “Top 10 30-Somethings” nominations. Sponsored by Saul Ewing LLP, the awards program recognizes in-house counsel rising stars for their innovation, proactive practice, global perspectives, advocacy efforts, and pro bono and community service participation.

What: Nominees must be between age 30 and 39 on Dec. 31, 2014 and demonstrate outstanding achievement in their profession. Nominations for the award are based on the individual’s contributions to their legal department, company or organization, as well as the depth and context of their participation as champions of advancing diversity in the legal profession. Self-nominating is acceptable. In-house peers who serve on ACC’s Board of Directors and the ACC Docket Advisory Board will act as judges.

When: Nominations are accepted until 11:59 p.m. ET on Dec. 31, 2014 (4:59 a.m. GMT/UTC on January 1, 2015). The 10 recipients will be presented their awards at the ACC 2015 Corporate Counsel University (CCU) from May 17-19, 2015 in Dallas. Recipients will also be featured in the “Top 10 30-Somethings” supplement of the ACC Docket July/August Career Issue.
