For its 26th Annual Real Estate Symposium,the Colorado Bar Associationhas chosen the beautiful Keystone Resort and Conference Center in Keystone, Colorado, located near the White River National Forest.The three-day seminar will run from July 17-19 and will include opportunities to earn CLE credits and to have fun with your friends and family.
The seminar agenda on day one will run from 11:30 a.m.-4:40 p.m. and will be followed by the annual wine tastingevent and a party for children, both from 4:45-6:45 p.m.The CLE program for day two begins at 7:45 a.m. and ends at 4:30 p.m. and is followed by a cocktail reception.The program begins on day three at 7:30 a.m. and ends at noon, to be followed by a golf outing.It will explore such timely issues as effective stragtegies for working with local governments, and the impact of forclosure on parties other than the borrower and the lender.
