The San Francisco Bar Association has scheduled its fifth annual Bench and Bar Conference for Thursday, November 6, from noon to 5:30 p.m. at the Bankers Club, 555 California Street, San Francisco. Registration will be held from 11:30 a.m. to noon and a cocktail reception with the judges is scheduled for 4:30 to 5:30 p.m. Lunch with the judges is also included.
Topics that will be discussed are proposed changes at the San Francisco Superior Court, Picking a Jury When Technology Matters, and Using Experts in the Online World. Among the faculty are: the Hon. David Ballati, presiding judge of the San Francisco Superior Court; the Hon. James McBride, presiding judge-elect, San Francisco Superior Court; the Hon. Mary Wiss, San Francisco Superior Court; and David H. Weinberg, JuryScope, Inc.
