In a move that further strengthens the firm’s M&A and premier shareholder activism platform, Paul Hastings LLP today announced that Andrew H. Goodman will join the firm as a partner on Monday, August 19.
Goodman, who will work out of the firm’s Boston and New York offices, focuses on public company M&A, corporate governance, shareholder activism defense, and contested situations. He advises clients across sectors with deep experience in life sciences, technology, and real estate investment trust M&A.

He has worked with clients such as Forma Therapeutics, Ipsen Pharmaceuticals, iRobot, LaSalle Hotel Properties, Parexel, Teva Pharmaceuticals, WisdomTree Investments, Xoom, and Zoll Medical.
