Fox Rothschild is pleased to welcome Andrew M. J. Bernstein to our New York office as a partner in the Litigation Department.

A trial and investigations lawyer, Bernstein focuses his practice on white-collar criminal defense, government and corporate investigations, enforcement actions and regulatory compliance.
Bernstein represents corporations and individuals in grand jury and regulatory investigations conducted by the U.S. Department of Justice, the Securities and Exchange Commission, the Commodities Future Trading Commission, Internal Revenue Service and various state law enforcement and regulatory agencies. He also represents licensed professionals in misconduct and disciplinary proceedings.
In addition to his numerous litigation successes, Bernstein has helped many clients under investigation or subpoena avoid criminal charges and other sanctions.
Bernstein frequently lecturers on white-collar criminal defense topics. He also provides legal commentary to media outlets such as Yahoo! News, News Nation, The American Banker and others.
Bernstein is a member of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, New York State Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, New York Criminal Bar Association and New York State Bar Association, where he serves on the Criminal Justice Section Executive Committee.
He earned his J.D.,cum laude, from Touro University Law Center and his B.A. from Pennsylvania State University.
