Amper, Politziner & Mattia presented another in its series of educational seminars for its clients in October.
Topics included: An Introduction to FAS 109, Preparation of Tax Provisions, A Discussion of FIN 48 Tax Reserves and FAS 109, and Stock Options. Speakers were Neal Godt, CPA, an audit officer with Amper's New York office, and Michael Hadjiloucas, CPA, a senior tax manager from Amper's Edison office.
Amper offers seminars, which cover practical business solutions in an interactive setting, several times each year as a service to its clients and friends. Previous seminars have covered topics such as compensation incentives and retirement plans, in addition to annual tax planning updates.
