Join the ACI for their 22nd National Forum on the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and related pre- and post-conference workshops on Tuesday and Wednesday, November 17 and 18, at the Gaylord National Resort and Convention Center, 201 Waterfront Street, National Harbor, Maryland.

The program will run from 8:30 a.m. until 5:30 p.m. on Monday and from 8:30 a.m.until 5:15 p.m. on Tuesday.

Pre-conference workshops on Monday, November 16 include The Fundamentals of FCPA Compliance: The Foreign Corrupt Practices Act Demystified and Auditing/Testing Your FCPA Program: Probing Weak Spots to Improve Your Company's Compliance. Two post-conference workshops, Monitoring and Auditing Your Business Relationships: Tiered Due Diligence in Practice and Overcoming FCPA Compliance Challenges in Brazil and Argentina, will be offered on November 19. Morning workshops run from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., and afternoon workshops run from 1:30 to 5 p.m.

The conference provides advanced and practical insights on the latest FCPA enforcement cases, anti-bribery compliance strategies, and networking opportunities. A faculty of government officials, seasoned corporate counsel and compliance officers will offer insights into minimizing consortia and joint venture FCPA risks; improving compliance policies and procedures when a company is in remediation; minimizing gifts and hospitality pitfalls in high-risk markets; defending a case on multiple fronts: strategies for multi-jurisdictional government investigations; and preparing for the explosion of FCPA-related private civil litigation.
