Allen R. Wolff, a shareholder in Anderson Kill's New York office and co-chair of the firm’s Construction Industry Practice Group, has been appointed to Law360s 2020 Construction Editorial Advisory Board. Allen's practice concentrates in construction litigation, insurance recovery, and the nexus between the two, as well as in complex commercial litigation. He is co-chair of Anderson Kill's Corporate and Commercial Litigation Practice group as well as of the Construction Industry group.
Allen advises policyholders on issues relating to insurance coverage in builders risk, business interruption, general liability, property, casualty, fiduciary liability, and Directors & Officers liability insurance matters.” He represents owners, developers, contractors, retailers, municipalities, financial institutions, hospitality businesses, condominium associations and tenants' associations on a full range of property, construction, engineering, contract and insurance coverage disputes. He has also litigated a wide array of commercial, financial, employment, and intellectual property matters. He previously served on Law360’s Hospitality Industry Editorial Advisory Board.
