Kaleyra, Inc., a rapidly growing cloud communications software provider, today announced it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire mGage, a leading global mobile messaging provider for $215 million in cash and Kaleyra common stock. A team from Akin Gump advised mGage and its parent company Vivial on the transaction.
