Massachusetts CLE will present a CLE seminar titled Negotiating and Drafting Employment Agreements.
The program will take place on Tuesday, January 30 from 1-5 p.m. at the MCLE Conference Center, 10 Winter Place, Boston.
Attendees can expect to learn how to use plain English to write what they mean, how to draft employment agreements that reduce the risk of litigation, how to make sure a company's personnel handbook covers the important points and how to make sure a noncompetition or nonsolicitation agreement protects what it's supposed to protect.
