Admiralty Law To Be Subject Of Annual Atlanta Institute

The annual Southeastern Admiralty Law Institute will take place on Friday and Saturday, June 20 and 21 at the Westin Buckhead Hotel in Atlanta. Early registration is available on Thursday, June 19 at 6 p.m. The program begins on Friday at 8 a.m. and concludes with a reception at 6:30 that evening. On Saturday the meeting begins at 9 a.m. and adjourns at noon.

Topics for the seminar include: The Relationship Between Outside and In-House Counsel; International Arbitration; USCG Marine Casualty Investigations, and advice on legal ethics and malpractice prevention.

The program's faculty includes: Marc G. Marling, vice president and general counsel, CMA-CGM, Norfolk; David F. Sipple, secretary, SEALI; P. Michael Leahy, Moseley Prichard Parrish Knight & Jones, and J. Randolph Evans, McKenna Long & Aldridge.
