The Bar Association of San Francisco (BASF) will present a CLE seminar titled Disability Accommodation and Discrimination in the Legal Workplace.
The session will take place on Monday, January 14 from noon to 1:30 p.m. at the BASF Conference Center, 301 Battery Street, San Francisco. Registration will begin at 11:30 a.m.
Discussion topics will include: recognizing a request for accommodation; responding to a request for accommodation, and understanding litigation risks and burdens of proof.
The speaker will be Jennifer G. Redmond, Sheppard Mullin Richter & Hampton LLP.
