The Southern California Chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel is pleased to announce the Pro Bono Counsel of the Year and Diversity Award honorees for its 16th Annual Gala Dinner.
ACCA-SoCal's Pro Bono Counsel of the Year Award, presented this year by Foley & Lardner, LLP, recognizes an in-house attorney in Southern California who has demonstrated the highest ideals of the legal profession through sustained commitment to voluntary legal service.The 2011 Pro Bono Counsel of the Year honoree is Steven A. Nissen, vice president, Legal & Government Affairs, NBC Universal.
ACCA-SoCal's Diversity Award, presented this year by LexisNexis® , recognizes leaders within the Southern California in-house legal community who have demonstrated a sustained and successful commitment to the advancement and enhancement of diversity within the legal profession. The 2011 Diversity Award honoree is Christopher P. Reynolds, general counsel, secretary and group vice president, Legal and Corporate Responsibility, Toyota Motor Sales, U.S.A., Inc.
