ACC South Florida In-house Counsel Conference

The South Florida Chapter of the ACC is hosting an in-house counsel conference titled Protecting Corporate Assets in the Millennium - What In-house Lawyers Need to Know. The seminar is being held Thursday, September 23, at the Ft. Lauderdale Marriott North, 6650 North Andrews Avenue in Ft. Lauderdale. The sessions begin at 8:00 a.m. and will end at 7:15 p.m.

The topics for the breakout sessions are Conducting Internal Fraud Investigations, led by Robert I. Targ, Carlos F. Gonzalez, and Alejandro Garcia, all of Diaz Reus & Targ, LLP and Robert Jones, retired FBI special agent; E-Discovery and Cost Reduction Strategies with Jennifer Mason of Mintzer Sarowitz Zeris Ledva & Meyers, LLP; Protecting Your Assets by Reducing the Risk and Cost of Workplace Litigation with David Block of Jackson Lewis LLP; and Maximizing the Value of Legal Services in a Cost-Conscious Environment led by Lisa Hamilton of Robert Half Legal.
