The ACC South Central Texas Chapter is sponsoring the Ask a Lawyer Pro Bono Clinic on May 13, from 6 to 8 p.m.
It will be held at St. Mary's Center for Legal & Social Justice, 2507 NW 36th Street in San Antonio conjunction with the Community Justice Program (CJP) and Texas C-Bar.
This free clinic will focus on assisting nonprofit entities with their transactional legal issues. Local attorneys will answer questions about the following topics: contracts, leases, copyrights/ trademarks, employment law, real estate, and construction.
The clinic will not address questions related to litigation, obtaining 501c (3) status, or specific nonprofit tax counsel.
