The San Diego ACC Chapter has scheduled an MCLE Event for Tuesday, July 20, titled The FCPA from an International Perspective.
It will run from 7:30 to 8:45 a.m. at DLA Piper, 4365 Executive Drive, Suite 1100 in San Diego.
Discussion leaders Roy McDonald, DLA Piper, and Joan Stafslien, EVP, general counsel, CareFusion, will facilitate this interactive roundtable discussion. The leaders, from two different industries, will shed light on dealing with the FCPA in international situations.
