Beginning on Monday, April 20 and continuing until Wednesday, April 22, the Association of Corporate Counsel will host an Executive Leadership Institute at the Ritz-Carlton in Atlanta. On the first day, Monday, the program will begin at 8:00 a.m. and conclude at 5:00 p.m with a reception following until 6:30 p.m. On Tuesday the program will begin at 8:00 a.m. and conclude at 5:00 p.m., while on Wednesday the session will begin at 8:00 a.m. and conclude at 11:45 a.m.
At a time when resources are scarce and corporate legal demands remain high, the need for effective law department management and leadership has never been more critical. Attendees of this institute will learn how to be an effective leader, develop and successfully implement an effective strategic plan, identify and enhance the talents and skills of your employees, and assemble and manage a high performance team.
