Holland & Hart announced that experienced appellate attorney Abe Smith has joined the firm as a partner in the Las Vegas office, fortifying the firm’s appellate capabilities in Nevada.

With more than 200 appearances before the Nevada Supreme Court, the Nevada Court of Appeals, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, Abe is known throughout the state for his success at handling high-profile, novel cases. He has a reputation for excellence, civility, and his command of Nevada appellate procedure, having worked closely with the Nevada Supreme Court for three years to overhaul the Nevada Rules of Appellate Procedure.
