The ABA is sponsoring a two-day CLE seminar titled Negotiating Business Acquisitions on Thursday and Friday, November 6 and 7, at the Four Seasons Hotel Las Vegas.
Registration begins on Thursday at 8 a.m. and the program starts at 8:45 a.m. and ends on Friday evening at 5:30 p.m.
This institute - the 13th presented annually by ABA - will provide attendees with an expert perspective on negotiating business acquisitions. Panelists include nationally known mergers and acquisitions attorneys who will discuss all facets of the acquisition process, including techniques used in structuring and negotiating M&A deals, the tax and securities aspects of business acquisitions, and the impact of recent legal and regulatory developments on M&A transactions.
