ABA Of San Francisco To Review 2007-08 U.S. Supreme Court Term

The Labor and Employment Law Section of The Bar Association of San Francisco has scheduled its Annual United States Supreme Court Round-Up: Review of Labor and Employment Cases Decided in 2007-08 Term for Tuesday, August 5.MCLE registration will commence at 11:30 a.m., followed by a brown bag lunch program from noon to 1:30 p.m. It will be held at the BASF Conference Center, 3rd Floor, 301 Battery Street, San Francisco.

Professor Joseph Grodin, Distinguished Emeritis Professor of Law at UC Hastings College of Law and Former Associate Justice of the California Supreme Court will present the program. As well as reviewing the Court's decisions that relate to labor and employment law, Professor Grodin will evaluate the impact of Chief Justice Roberts and Justice Samuel Alito on the Court, with specific emphasis on the labor and employment arena.
