A Mediation Career: Getting Started will be presented by the New York Bar Association on Wednesday, June 11 from 6 to 9 p.m. at the House of the Association, 42 West 44th Street, New York City.
The program will be chaired by Nancy Kramer, Mediator and Arbitrator, Nancy Kramer Mediation & Other Dispute Resolution Services.
This interactive seminar will suggest ways to begin mediating and will give an overview of mediation opportunities and the mediation community in New York City in 2008.
The panelists will be established mediators with very different practices and backgrounds, who will share their experiences and offer concrete, practical advice. The session will cover the various types of mediation including commercial, employment and workplace.
