Co-chairing the program will be Mitchell S. Eitel, Sullivan & Cromwell LLP and Craig M. Wasserman, Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz. Faculty will include Philip Gallo, Deutsche Asset Management; Richard K. Kim, Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz; Bradley K. Sabel, Shearman & Sterling LLP; Gary Rice, Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP; and Nora M. Jordan, Davis Polk & Wardwell.
