A two-day meeting providing the most recent information on federal tax developments is being offered by Virginia CLE on Thursday and Friday, June 5 and 6. The conference will run 9 a.m. to 5:45 p.m. on the first day, followed by a cocktail party. The second day will begin at 9 a.m. and adjourn at 4:30 p.m. This 60th conference will be chaired by George C. Howell III,Hunton & Williams and L. Michael Gracik, Jr.,Keiter, Stephens, Hurst, Gary & Shreaves.
The program will explore, among other vital topics, Federal and Virginia Tax Updates, Planning for Troubled Real Estate Projects and Electronic Communications and Discovery: Ethics and Confidentiality Issues. The faculty will present material geared directly to tax attorneys and tax accountants.
