2010 Arbitration Cases Reviewed In San Francisco Seminar

On Tuesday, January 11, the San Francisco Bar Association will review Significant Arbitration Cases in 2010 at the BASF Board Room, 301 Battery Street in San Francisco.

The program will run from noon to 1:15 p.m.

James R. Madison, an arbitrator, mediator, special master and discovery referee, and a fellow of the College of Commercial Arbitrators, will provide this popular annual review of significant federal and California cases involving arbitration, including Stolt-Nielsen S.A. v. AnimalFeeds Int'l Corp; Jackson v. Rent-a Car West; and Haworth v. Superior Court. Other cases, including decisions involving manifest disregard of the law, non-signatory issues and unconscionability will be covered.
