NJICLE has scheduled a 2009 Review of New Jersey Environmental Law for Tuesday, January 27 from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. at the New Jersey Law Center, New Brunswick.
Designed for environmental law attorneys and consultants, the program will be moderated by Lewis Goldshore, Goldshore, Cash and Calac, and will feature Senator Bob Smith of the New Jersey State Legislature. Among the speakers will be the Honorable John R. Tassini, assignment judge.
Specifically highlighted in the presentation will be this year's legislative environmental agenda; priorities and developments at the DEP; the role of environmental groups; recent OAL environmental decisions; and the top ten environmental developments of the year.
