The 2009 Labor and Employment Law Forum has been scheduled for Wednesday, March 18 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the New Jersey Law Center in New Brunswick.Included is a networking brunch.
The program will be moderated by Wayne J. Positan of Lum, Drasco & Positan, LLC and past president of the New Jersey State Bar Association. Justice Roberto Rivera-Soto of the New Jersey Court and the Hon. Paulette Sapp-Peterson will be the keynote speakers. Other speakers will include Denise M. Keyser and Steven W. Suflas, Ballard Spahr, Andrews & Ingersoll, LLP, and John A. Ridley, Drinker Biddle & Reath, LLP.
The conference will provide an employment law update and an NLRB Update by Region 22 Director.
